The Group founders Jack and Henry set up business in the 1940’s producing coil windings for telephone relays.  Over the years the two partners expanded into electrical lighting and engineering producing for a wide range of customers and applications, ranging from specialist light fittings to architectural construction and sheet metal furniture and enclosure.

With the ever changing market place and overseas competition, the group has continued to manufacture in the UK as well as having good partners and friends all over the world, whilst ensuring a full competitive service to many thousands of regular customers in many countries.
